Two component, 100% solids, Elastomeric, Aromatic Polyurea Coatings set and cure rapidly, to form a highly durable film with a high degree of abrasion and chemical resistance.
Application :
It is applied by high pressure, plural- component equipment, resulting in tough, yet flexible film of desired thickness generally higher than 1mm DFT. The 2 components are dispensed in a fixed ratio mix, and the process parameters of the spray equipment ensure a highly cross linked coating, providing a dense, tight film with resilient characteristics. Polyurea elastomer coatings offer many advantages. The following highlights a number of polyurea’s advantageous attributes.
1.Outstanding tensile strength
2.Tear & impact resistant
3.Elongation & Crack Bridging over concrete
4.UV Stable & Environmentally friendly
5.Joint less and monolithic protective coating membrane
6.Fast cure. Foot traffic can resume within 45-60 seconds
7.Water insensitivity. Relative moisture and temperature insensitivity during application
8.Thermal stability
Stable from -20 up to 120˚C. Sprayed polyurea coating / lining membranes exhibit excellent adhesion to clean substrates such as concrete, wood, asphalt and fresh blasted steel.
